Ok, so we're not moving to Norway, but I seriously have to laugh at all of the comments and private emails and phone calls {I'm sorry I made you cry Robin!} and facebook messages you all sent me. I was feeling so wicked when i posted that because I knew my Norge girls were going to either jump for joy & believe it or know that I was fooling ya because they know that I left half of my heart in Norway two years ago. *sigh*
**snicker**snicker**
It WAS april fools you know!!
But I have to share that I was fooled yesterday too. After posting yesterday I started going through my blog reader and saw Kal's post about her new house. I seriously believed her until I was going to leave a comment and read that one of readers lives on the same street as the rundown house she posted... geez the internet makes this a small world! lol. Seeeeee... even I got fooled yesterday. lol
In other news I downloaded this flower tutorial the other day {see the pic above} and I am completely infatuated with making them. I have about 5 completed and cannot wait til my project is finished so I can hang it on the front door for spring. I'm making mine with my the incredibly enormous and somewhat embarrassing ribbon stash. Hopefully I'll have it finished by tomorrow so I can share the finished project with you. I highly suggest you support rebecca and download her tutorial, you won't regret it, it's the best use of your scrap pile I've seen in a long time. ;)
In other news today is the first day for our Alameda class at kR and I am really happy with how the projects turned out. I have been getting back into adding more sewing to my projects and the class is full of snippets of quilts, linen and stitching. It just makes me so happy.
Happy Good Friday my friends!
xo
ps : the Workshop pics are up on the Silver Bella blog and look so divine and there are several classes I'm going to have to try to figure out how to crash. lol ;)
omgosh, you ARE good or evil, depending how you look at it! i must have text like 6 friends asking if they saw your post. they also wondered, if it were real and how sad it would be!!!

I can never get away with pulling off April Fool's jokes - you're funny! Love the flower! Rebecca is one of my favorite artists - I saw this on her blog awhile back and forgot - thanks for the reminder. Yours looks gorgeous.

he he....Norway?? Too funny!! :) Those houses are totally cute, though - had I been blog hopping on April 1st I would've believed you! And those flowers are darling! Thanks for hooking a girl up with such a rad tutorial. :)
