it was bliss{full}

i got back from silver bella yesterday afternoon {after a small detour at h&m} proceded to hug, cuddle and love on the littles & hug, cuddle and love on the man and then crashed in bed and slept 12 hours straight.

i. was. spent.

it was amazing. the bellas, the event, my roomie, my classes. everything was amazing. magical. perfect. i walked into vendor night on friday {after teaching 3 classes in a row for 8 hours straight} and charlotte said i was glowing, which is exactly how i felt. giddy. i was giddy. these ladies get it. they love what i love. they share and dream and create with such passion. they filled my heart to the brim & then it overflowed.

it still feels full, this heart of mine.

so many new firends met, so many old friends seen. so many stories and so much laughter. i have so much to share but i need to just be for another day so i can collect it all together and get pics ready to share.

thank you bellas for your beautiful spirits and your beautiful souls. you made teaching easy and inspired me to no end.

getting ready

it's a crazy busy time here in casa yeary, as i'm getting ready to fly to omaha on weds morning super early for silver bella. i spent the better part of the weekend finishing up my class directions, printing images and making a few additional things for vendor night, like the vintage ephemera embellie kit boxes you see above.

kit boxes were mailed last week and i keep checking their tracking numbers. like a mama hen, i'm going to be a little fretful until i know they've been delivered to the hotel safe & sound.

i can't believe it's bella time already and am so excited to meet all of my students & the other teachers as well as make some extra time on weds & thurs to see some local friends while i'm there, like these three ladies.

- speaking of shimelle & true stories, the first day's pdf is amazing. definitly inspiring me to scrap today & get my real stories down on my pages. go sign up if you haven't already, i promise it will be a fabulous way to spend $15.

- i am coveting this chandelier. but not the price tag so a little diy action might need to take place this week.

oh and p.s. anthro; your old site design was so much prettier. you should change it back. like. now.

- i have two and a half weeks until i'm in omaha teaching at silver bella. i seriously can. not. wait!!!

Silver Bella 2010

Someone needs to pinch me because I'll be teaching at SIlver Bella 2010 along with an amazing circle of instructors; Charlotte Lyons, Betz White, Colette Copeland, Sally Jean Alexander, Lisa Kaus, Kaari Meng, Beth Quinn, {me!} and Lynn Whipple. Plus, Teresa just announced that  Jenny Doh is speaking. eeks!

I was an attendee a few years ago {with my east bound bff} and have wanted to return ever since, but there has always been a conflict. razzle frazzle.

I seriously keep pinching myself every time I think about it and see my picture included in that line up. Seriously. Do you SEE the company I'll be surrounded by? Add to that the amazing students and it is going to be a fabulous weekend in Omaha.

The event is the weekend of November 11th - 14th and registration opens on April 6th. If you are a paper crafter I highly recommend the event.

In other news i really need to take a new headshot. that pic is three years old and i look a little different now that i wear glasses daily ;). maybe as soon as I stop hacking up a lung each night.
